connecting my blaze

I'm having a connecting issue. I've tried everything, deleting everything, restarting and turning everything on and off. I can't get passed the four digit screen. I've had my blaze for appx 10 month without issues.

im pulling my hair out.......please help 😢😢😢

A warm welcome to the Forums @Leafa. The 4 digit code only appears when you are trying to setup the tracker, so, I imagine that you unpaired it from your account. If this is the case, please restart your Blaze and then follow the setup procedure one more time from a computer.
