After recharging my fitblaze after it had completely ran out. I have found my self in the situation where it continuously trys to sync the data, but it keeps coming up with the error message failed to sync device. I tried all the methods i found online to sort this problem but none have fixed the issue. If anyone has any advice on how to fix this that would be great thanks.
Ps: i have tried restarting both the blaze and the phone, turning bluetooth off and on again, and even deleting and reinstalling the app.

I am having the same issues. I had was given low battery warning though I recharged it not that long ago. I recharged it before noon, The app took most of the data but won't update the battery level or sync to the dashboard.

same issue, it won't sync with my phone at all any longer despite saying it was. Shut down, reboot, recharged to full and same. So I removed the device and now it won't repair. I get the 4 digit pin prompt and then the "Not Working" screen, so now i'm dead in the water.

I'm having the same issue with failing to sync. I synced today at 5:03pm, now it won't sync after uninstalling/installing, charging, turning off/on. I see above they say there are syncing issues, and apparently issues with this site. Hopefully, what they are doing corrects the syncing issue.

I started having issues on Thursday 5/21. Wouldn't clear my steps from the day before. This morning it cleared by steps, but it won't correct the time. I didn't wear it to bed, and it's had the wrong time all day. Glad to see I'm not the only one having the issue, and that they are aware of it. I have not updated it to iOS 13.5 yet.
I have an iPhone 11. My Fitbit is a Blaze.

Please when asking about a phone issue, also include the phone type?

Unfortunately @RMOrion1 I'm not an iOS user so can only send you to the help docs.
I've been told that stopping the app and clearing cache does help with ios.
