fitbit blaze charging.

my new at christmas blaze won't charge from my pc usb port, (all other gadgets charge ok), but will charge from a powerbank.  i can only assume that perhaps the powerbank has a higher voltage. not usb charging must mean that it is faulty --any ideas??

It's fine to charge it with a phone charger. I charge all my trackers that way.

 

PS: This tracker has been out of production for close to a year. Where did you get it "new"?
