fitbit blaze screen wont turn on

I've never had any issues with my blaze but all of a sudden today the screen went black. The green light is still flashing underneath and it is fully charged. I read how to reset it and tried that and it is not working...im not sure where to go from here

Hello csmithson, the same thing has happened to me.  I've tried everything.  It seems to have just died.
