frozen fitbit blaze

My fitbit blaze has a frozen screen with the message "Quit Exercise? and a no and yes box.  However it will not unlock when answering those question. This happened while i was jogging.  Before freezing, the screen was changing over and over again.

Can you do a restart at all? Do it at least 3 times
