i started my new blaze 25/12/2017. Synced with phone. Charged the blaze. Since then it wont sync

synced fine when I got it going. charged it. since then the blaze has rejected my phone as a sync partner. why? Wanted to track my rides. Sleep. !?!!!!!

What do you mean by the Blaze rejects as a sync partner. 

Are you using the app, or trying to do something other than relieving the tracker from your Bluetooth.
