I have just changed from iPhone 6 to and iPhone X for my blaze. Managed to transfer over OK and went out for a long 12 mile run and my calorie burn is 300 less then when using my 6. I am logged in with my user profile so I would expect them to be very similar and also the general rule of thumb of 100 calories per mile would suggest the 6 settings were pretty accurate so what is wrong with the X settings ?

Hi there @Rachelsparks. Great to have you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your calories seeming not to be counted okay.
I'd say this has nothing to do with the phone itself as it's your tracker that picks your activity details and it only transfers that to your dashboard. However, I can recommend going to your personal settings by going to the Account section at the top right corner of the dashboard, and here, make sure that all your info as your weight, age, height, etc., are correct and if necessary, try to restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 12 seconds and then try to set it up as a new device.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and calories should be counted correctly.
Let me know if you need more help with this!
