Since recent update. I now have to log in every time I want to check my dashboard updates. I also lost all my data  after update. Seems  like a catastrophic  up date.

Are you sure you are signing into your account with the right User name?

 

I did not lose anything on my dashboard.

 

Contact support so they can look into your account. Use the Help at the top of the forum

Ive noticed after signing in, that it tes a while to update the fitbit data.

You data is kept on the fitbit server, not your phone. Have you checked fitbit.com?
