my fitbit blaze wont turn on and wont charge

my fitbit blaze is dead

when i put it to charge , there is no sign of it charging , nothing pops up on screen just a blank black screen always, no vibration also

i have tried everything to charge it and also tried to reboot it by pressing left and bottom right button for 10sec simultaniusly

what should i do now ?
