new Blaze and screen is tweaking

I got my fitbit a month ago and I take it off to shower, or clean dishes...etc.  I put it back on tonight and the screen is now like tweaking ... not sure what's up with that???

I'm having the same problem.  It looks like my screen is a strobe light.  And it just started this morning.  Might need an update?

Or maybe just a restart.

I got my Blaze in Feb and while playing tennis today, the screen started becoming unstable, like one other said strobing so fast I could not read make any changes.  I am wondering if I need to send it back or can it be reset?

Won't be needed @4WallHB if the instuctions in my last post worked.

That worked.  I tried resetting it yesterday but I guess I didn't hold it long enough.

Thanks it worked, but any idea what caused this issue and is it a common

Hello all, I hope you are doing great!

I am glad to see here that for some of you the instructions provided by our friend @Rich_Laue worked and that your trackers are now working. If you don't know how to restart your Blaze, you just need to do the following:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
