I work with children, so you all get the type of stains i can get on my blaze however is there a solution to getting paint stains out of the nylon bands as i have quite a few but am quite afraid to try and get it off myself.

I haven't had much experience here but my first though would be to try Goo Gone or Goof Off the are both citrus based so should not harm the rubber.
Goof off makes several version so read the label before you choose it

I work with kids too. I have had success using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to clean off all kinds of things. I haven't tried it with paint on a Fitbit, but it would be an easy try.

I've found that cleaning with isopropyl alcohol works well for removing paint stains.
