please help me link my new blaze

Good morning.

 

I recently got the blaze fit bit but all my info is linked to my old alta. I have been messing around for hours and absolutely cannot figure out how to link my new blaze. It shows a picture of needing a little toogle type thing but mine does not have one and i think that may be for something else. What can i do> I need some instructions that your girl can read in get it done!!

I am using my work computer Microsoft 10, I had no problem installing my Alta but now it will not let me replaced the Alta for the Blaze is in system.

Since the computer is setup for the Alta it should be setup for the Blaze. When you do an àdd device what happens and at what point does it fail. Any error messages?
