problems with hour on my watch

I am trying to change my blaze from 24 hr to 12 hr and I have attempted several times with no prevail.

Anyone else with this problem?

@melissaarmijo10, are you changing the setting on this page, and then doing a sync, or is it tyat you cant find tye page to set it.

As mentioned, you need to do this from a computer since there isn't an option to change the timezone from 24 hr to 12 hr from the Fitbit app. From a computer do the following:

1. Click the gear icon
2. Go to Personal Information
3. Scroll down and click on Clock display time.
4. Select 12 hr
5. Sync

I am doing it on the settings where it gives you the option to set it and it refuses to stay on the 12 hour icon.

I have been doing just that but to no prevail.  I do not know what I am doing wrong.
