Is the Fitbit App installed on the phone?
The app takes care about the connection between the tracker and phone automatically, no need to pair the tracker to the phone using bluetooth.

What kind of errors are you receiving @Katlin23?
Or should I ask, what do you mean by connecting?
Is the app able to see the blaze?
Are you trying to sync or setup the tracker?

update your phone software, re install the fitbit app and re pair the blaze with your phone and it should work
