seeing sent & reply text

Why when I reply to a message or (well text) I only see their text never what I sent, At first could send from my phone but it stops most times. not sure if sent from computer if friend got message as yet. But would like to be able to see mine & their message. I really Love my Fitbit,  it is Awesome.    Thanks Deb

I agree. Love my Fitbit and it is very awesome.

 

The messages are sent by a Fitbit service, which only allows us to see what we've received, not what we've sent. Since you're having problems with sending from your phone, what system are you using - Android, iOS or Windows? The more we know, the better to help you.

I got same experience here, i can't send or either receive messages.. do you have any ideal of why ?
