Mine also has been doing that. I have to turn the watch off. Wait 30 seconds.
Then turn it back on. Go to setting make sure the bluetooth classic is on.
Then go to settings in phone and make sure bluetooth and location is on .
Then on app swipe down and it should work
This is now happening with my favorite FitBit, my Blaze as of this morning. I have an Ionic but Blaze has remained my most dependable, trouble free FitBit. Now this morning it won’t sync steps with my Fitbit iOS app. It is still registering steps on the Blaze itself. I’ve tried everything but no joy. Have it in charger, giving it a rest lol, will use Ionic for now but gutted. Wondering if they just wear out & quit working. Will try your solution later.
Best AnswerI'm having the same issue today. Of course after I just went to the gym, this happens. Ugh
