syncing and battery problems

My fitbit has never really synced properly, it takes ages to sync in my phone. However, i want to use it on my samsung tablet but it wont sync because i dont have bluetooth LE, ive tried downloading an app but it doesn't work.

I only use my fitbit for alarms or just to see the time and the battery drains overnight. I haven't really had a good experience with fitbit blaze.

I purchased it in August, is there any chance of a refund or anything?

A warm welcome to the Community @gkd! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. Currently, your Blaze will properly sync to your app if your device is listed as compatible here. Sometimes, it may sync but I can confirm it will always sync because it hasn't been fully tested for our engineers.

You mentioned, you just use your tracker for alarms. You can set alarms directly from the tracker instead of using the app. As an alternative solution, as you don't have a compatible mobile device, you can sync once a day by plugging your Dongle into your computer; once you're nearby it will sync automatically.

In regards to the refund, if your bought your Blaze from Fitbit.com, you have 45 days to return it. You may want to check the Fitbit Warranty here

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
