Try powering down your phone and then starting it back up, that usually works for me. Too bad we have to do stuff to get it to work. It used to sync several times a day and now I have to force the sync almost every day. ![]()
Best AnswerI'm not sure what the problem is. My Fitbit is only 6 mos old. Maybe Fitbit will tell us what the problem is, but I have my doubts.
