My fit bit track exercise time when I am sitting down at my desk.

I'm sorry to hear about the incorrect recording of SmartTrack exercise. If the activity you are having problems with is bicycle, please be aware that our engineering team is investigating the issue. 

In the meantime, we suggest turning off or adjusting SmartTrack settings for outdoor biking. For more information about adjusting SmartTrack settings, please visit this article.

 

If this is not your case, please let me know which exercise is your device recording.
