trouble with connection

I used the Fitbit Blaze for the day and decided to gift it to my girlfriend instead. Now I can't seem to connect her phone to the blaze unit. Any help will be appreciated

Welcome to the Community @musicalseph. First, I recommend checking if your girlfriend's phone is a Compatible Mobile Device. In the meantime, please try the Setup Process from a computer.

Hi there @musicalseph. Good to see you in the Communtiy1 🙂

 

First, please be sure that her phone is compatible by checking in the compatibility list (click here for that). Then make sure that you're setting up the tracker from the Fitbit app and not from the bluetooth settings on her phone.

 

If nothing helps, try to restart the tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until it restarts and try one more time. Also restarting her phone and turning off and back on the bluetooth could help.
