I just received my new fitbit blaze and have it synced to my account already and removed my old one. I gave my old fitbit blaze to my son to use. We tried setting up an account for him under his email address but it is giving us a message that said "You're ineligible for a FitBit account at this time". What are we doing wrong?

It looks as if your son is to young for a Fitbit account. He probably also is to young for an email address with most providers such as Google.
