I need to amend my email and can't find a way to do it

On a PC go to fitbit.com and log in
go here
Highlight your "old" email address under your prophile pic
type in your "new" contact email address
(double check) then Type your password in the box that appears below your email address. Now scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.
this changes your contact email address not your name or user name.

have the same problem. I signed in with the incorrect email address. There is no email address under my profile pic. What do I do now? I just got my fitbit alta and I have so many issues. The other one is that although it is fully charged, it only works for a few minutes and then turns itself off???
