Starting last week, my Fitbit has not been tracking my steps accurately. It usually stops tracking completely a few times a day.
Initially, my solution was to re-sync it with my phone (iOS) app which seemed to help at first. Then, after that stopped helping, I did what the forums suggested and restarted my Fitbit altogether. But that has also stopped helping. Finally, I charged it to full battery, even though it didn't really need that to see if that changed anything. No luck.
It will track sometimes, but it seems to not be taking all steps into account anymore when I can get it to work.
Are there any other solutions I'm missing?

Just spoke with support online, but since my Fitbit was not displaying the issue at the time, they say there's nothing they can do. I, however, know that the reset and step test they had me do is a very temporary fix as I have previously said above and told them as well.
That is incredibly frustrating as I do not know when the issue will happen, but it does multiple times a day. I cannot sit by and wait for this happen.
If anyone could please help me, my case number is now 35559890. I am very close to seeking out another tracker because I cannot in confidence rely on my Fitbit to accurately count steps throughout the day.

Did you find a solution? I'm thinking of switching to new tracker too if my issue is not resolved.
