The instructions on how to select 24-hour time display for the Charge 3 & Charge 4 do not apply to the Charge 5. How do I select 24-hour time display for the Charge 5?

@brimcmike Sign into your fitbit dashboard (https://accounts.fitbit.com/login) and right near your Profile picture in the upper right should be a gear icon. Setting is in that menu. If you don't see the gear icon, are you actually logged in?
If you are on the Profile page (showing badges and trophies, etc.) you should see an icon for your device in the upper right. Click on that icon and you will see your device settings. On the device setting page, the 12/24 hour clock setting is under Personal Info on the left.

You (apparently) have to do it through your Fitbit account settings on the Fitbit Dashboard/webpage,

I saw that too. Where? My dashboard does not have a settings gear icon, etc.
