3 weeks and broken

Worked this morning, put it on the charger while I took a shower. Went to put it back on maybe 20 minutes later and the logo was coming on like it restarted...just blank screen no nothing.  Every 3 minutes or so it would restart and show the logo for a second, no sync just blank in between.  Tried all the steps with customer service this morning and pretty quickly they sent me a label to send it in. 

5 days ago I could have still returned it...yay.

Probably take forever to get another...

I have had to have my charge 5 replaced 2 times already and am now waiting for my 3rd replacement which is on back order in a 7 month time frame. With all the issues posted here it shows that this product does not live up to the Fitbit name. I think that they just keep replacing them until the warranty runs out. This is not the way to treat your customers. Very unhappy with Fitbit.
