Hi there, sadly I’ve tried everything since my charge 5 failed. Also, my wife’s charge failed at the same time and day as mine did. We have tried everything that’s been put out there so the forums, and on YouTube to no avail. Maybe our devices have been spiked in an effort to push me to purchase 2 new charge 5 or 6. The charge 7 is overdue, and if this is a cynical ploy to sell the stock of charge 5 & 6. It seems odd to us that our charge 5’s failed on the same day. We are now moving to Garmin.
