When I’m running or walking I have my Fitbit set up to notify lap/pace at each km. However, once the pace time displays I can’t seem to clear it to then pause if I need to.
am I supposed to double tap or swipe?

Hi @PaulWoody. It's great to see you in the Community!
Thanks for your question regarding this feature in your Charge 5.
When the pace time displays, on your Fitbit Charge 5 should be able to swipe up to find an option that says "tap to pause", by tapping on "tap to pause" your device will display two options: "Return" and below that one, "Finish".

Sorry doesn't work the pace display stays on for about 10 seconds no matter what I do. Either swipe up swipe sideways or tap.

@PaulWoody I've used lap notifications on other Fitbits, but not a Charge 5. In every case, the notification screen in there for about 10 seconds, then disappears on its own. It goes back to the three stat exercise screen. I thought this was programming to give you a chance to read your lap data. Are you saying that your screen doesn't go back to the three stat screen on its own?
