Charge 5 heart rate notifications

I have a Charge 5 and the high heart rate threshold is set for 100bpm but I never get notifications even when my Fitbit is showing heart rate over 100bpm

 

I am on a health program that involves keeping my heart rate below a threshold as much as possible. If the Charge 5 can’t give these notifications, which devices can?

Hello @Sapphiresyd and welcome to the Community.  The high heart rate threshold will only monitor heart rate at rest and it must be above your set threshold for ten minutes.  This is for all Fitbit models.  If you need a notification during activity or sooner than ten minutes, then Fitbit won't meet your needs.
