Most of the things don’t work. It’s not consistent tracking my active minutes. It’s taking longer and longer to sync. Today it won’t sync at all. I have wasted a half hour trying to get it to sync. It’s less than six months old.

Agree with you. There are too many things that simply don't work for some people and despite all the tips, there seems no resolution

I've had my Charge 5 for only a few days but feeling the same way. Here are the two biggies so far.
1. Doesn't track heart rate while swimming. What kind of fitness tracker TURNS OFF heartbeat monitoring for an exercise session? Swimming laps is one thing, but when you do sprints you NEED to know your heartrate.
2. Doesn't track stairs climbed. WHAT the?
They claim this is their "most advanced fitness & health tracker."
I'm also quite sure it is quite off on steps taken. Will compare with another device.
Reading all the reports of people's Charge 5's bricking after going for a swim is also troubling. I'll be swimming again tomorrow...so we'll see. I'll keep it a while longer, but first impressions went from "wow" to WTF pretty darn quickly.
