My charge was perfect at showing the face when I would twist my wrist and now it will not come on unless I double tap the face. It's there a setting for this?

Hello @Eddiepiper and welcome to the Community.  Swipe down on your screen and open the Settings app.  Choose Display and make sure it has the correct setting.  Charge 5 Basics

Hi Lee Z, I have the same problem...however, I have tried the above, no luck. I tried going to settings and make the change, no luck. I did a hard reset, then tried those things again, no luck. I have logged out of my account an logged back in, changed my clock face, tried to toggle it on over and over...no luck. When I hit the toggle, it accentuates the text, but does not change the setting from off to on. I have the tracker since January...worked fine, until about 2 weeks ago. Any suggestions?
