Anyone know how to adjust the Active Zone parameters when on beta blockers as this medication suppresses heart rate and won’t allow you to reach the normal target zone. Thanks!

The Max Heart Rate listed is the one using the 220 - age equation. You need to decrease that number. I suggest decreasing it by 10-15 beats per minute and see what you get. It can take some trial and error.

@CMS53 I looked at their web site. If you are using one of their recumbent cross trainers, like one of these, then use Elliptical.
