I’m reaching out to request a long-overdue feature: a way to log and track night sweats within the Fitbit app.
Night sweats aren’t just a passing discomfort — they can be signs of hormonal changes (like perimenopause, menopause, or cycle-related fluctuations), stress, medication side effects, or even more serious health conditions. Many users — especially women — experience them regularly, yet there’s currently no built-in way to log or monitor them.
A perfect place for this feature would be under the Menstrual Health section, or within a more general wellness or symptom tracking tool. You already allow tracking of headaches, cramps, mood changes, and more — so why not night sweats? This would give users valuable insight into patterns, triggers, and timing in relation to their cycle, sleep, or lifestyle changes.
This isn’t a new request. Users have brought this up for years, and it continues to be overlooked. Fitbit is known for supporting whole-body health — please don’t ignore this very real and disruptive experience that affects so many of us.
We’re not asking for complex sensors or diagnostics. Just a simple way to log whether we experienced night sweats, possibly with optional notes or severity.
Please hear your community. We want to take care of our health — and we need Fitbit’s help to do that.

@SP1568 Totally agree. I've added my comments in the past to the product feedback forum. Nothing has changed. So in place of Night Sweats I log down Hot flashes, not ideal but it's the closest/like symptom available to use and allows me to see my trend. I would also like Fatigue/Tiredness as a symptom, surprisingly it's not.
