Currently, on Charge 5 there are only the 6 exercise shortcuts treadmill, bike, run, swim, weights, and interval workout. I would like a generic Workout option like on the Versa 3.

Hello @Zaith

There is a generic Workout shortcut that you can add to your Charge 5.

If you want to set up Workout as an Exercise Shortcut, go to the Today screen in the App on your phone.  Tap your profile picture, then Charge 5.  Tap on Exercise Shortcuts.  There should be 6 already there.  Choose one you'll never use, swipe left and choose Delete.  Then a + Exercise Shortcut option should appear at the bottom.  Tap that and choose Workout.

Sync your Charge 5 and it should show up under Exercise (you scroll up to find the other exercises).

Press Start when you're ready and Stop to finish.

When you've finished your exercise session, you can rename it in the App.  Tap on the exercise session, at the top right tap the arrow to Categorize Exercise.  Start typing the exercise you want in the search box, and many exercise options will appear. Tap the best one for you and it will rename the exercise for you.

I hope that helps to solve your problem.

Hello @Zaith!  What Wibby said is absolutely correct, you can customize the shortcuts in the app.

This post has a video showing you how to do it as well. 🙂
