Added Charge 5 features not working

The readiness score and health metric data stopped working December 15, Fitbit support aware your f problem and working on it. 4- weeks later still not working. Don’t recommend Charge 5, added features not working

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Health Metrics. 

If you're still having trouble with the app not showing you this information, please try to:

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the tile. 
  • If you haven't done so already, make sure to try to unpair and repair your device with your Fitbit account, as this has been useful for other users experiencing this problem.

As you mentioned earlier, keep in mind the team is already aware of this and they're working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
