Adding Arabic language notification for the Charge 5

as you know the Fitbit Versa 3 and sense are the flagship of Fitbit smartwatches and they are always trying to add the latest features for them and the flagships of smartwatches support Arabic language for notification , the Charge 5 is the most advanced fitness trackers of Fitbit , we want to be able to read the notification and incoming calls  on the Charge 5 and it would be helpful if the charge 5 fully support Arabic,

it's been aloooong time sense people are asking for arabic language almost 5 years ! 

it's the time Fitbit take a step ahead,

Hi, thank you for sharing this inquiry about the Charge 5, @mofarih.  

I noticed that you posted this some time ago, and as you mentioned earlier, this option is currently not available on the device, and unfortunately we don't have any new information regarding the possibility of this feature being added to the Charge 5 for the moment. 

However, if you haven't done so already, make sure to vote for these ideas posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community and to add your comments as well: 

• Arabic language support for Sense/Ionic/Versa/Charge series.
• Arabic sms & other arabic notification unreadable. 

This section is regularly monitored by the team of developers to keep track of popularity and demand over time.

Those suggestion are almost 4 years ago and not currently planed, is that hard to give your customers what they need?

As mentioned earlier, unfortunately there are no other updates about this feature for the moment, but even if an idea is Not Currently Planned, this helps the team of developers know what features are the most popular and requested by users.

Some features are very popular and receive a great amount of votes, and although the team of developers is always eager to implement them to the Fitbit devices, sometimes there are other limitations that prevent a feature to be implemented. Unfortunately we haven't received any other news regarding this option, but any updates would be shared in the Feature Suggestion mentioned earlier.
