I received my Charge 5 on Wednesday and for the first two days the smart alarm was working. Since then, the alarm does not vibrate.
I've tried setting new alarms, toggling between smart wake/regular alarm, deleting alarms, restarting the device. No luck. I can tell that the motor is still working because it vibrates when I charge it and when I hit my step goal.
