That sounds worrying. It is connected to the magnet, isn't it? If it is, and it's still not working it's a good idea to try a different power source, like a different plug or connect it to your computer to charge. How long have you left it charging for? Sometimes nothing happens if the battery is really flat.
It would be worth leaving it charging for 10 or 20 minutes before you panic.
Please come back and ask for help if none of those things work.

Hello! Thanks for the reply.
I tried a different power source and no luck. It is still not turning on.
Something else I have tried is to restart the device following the instructions. I can get the Fitbit logo to show for about half of a second before disappearing and then still not turn on.
It was actually working for a little bit and was at 100% charge but then randomly stopped working like this soon after opening.

I'm sorry it wasn't an easy fix.
I found another thread with someone experiencing a similar problem. The instructions in there might help.
If not, it might be worth contacting support for help. At the bottom of the page, press help and then Get Support. I recommend choosing the Chat option as it seems to be the most effective way to reach someone.

Faced the same issue. Tried everything but nothing worked. Just the morning the app asked me to unpair device from bluetooth settings and post unpairing I got a update tracker notification. Once the charge 5 updated it started working normally.
