All Day Synch - Return Option to Shut it Off

Please bring back the option to TURN OFF the All Day Sync.  The all day synch drains the battery on my iPhone 11. It is running four hours a day.  I had to replace my iPhone battery because of this.

A quick sync, a few times an hour drains the phones battery? 

Does iOS have a way the user can see battery usage by apps. 

At work, my phones battery will laat about 28 hours. Unless I have a weak cell service.
