In trying to set up Irregular Rythym Notifications, the 'Allow irregular rhythm notifications to use your data? 'page wont scroll down and consequently the I AGREE button doesn't activate. Despite numerous time consuming problem solving including factory reset of Charge 5, reinstall the Fitbit App, ensure all software is updated, trying set up on 2 different devices, nothing solves this issue. Frustratingly, Fitbit help and tech support seems unable to solve this problem or can't accept that such a problem can exist. All I want to do is Accept the use of the Notifcations! Why does this have to be so hard. Are others having this same issue?? Help please.
