Hi everyone! I'm looking for alternatives to my Fitbit in India after a disappointing experience with my Charge 5. It suddenly stopped working, and when I reached out to customer support, they told me that since it was out of warranty (over a year old 1.3 years), I should try some troubleshooting steps. None of them worked, and their final advice was to just throw it away and buy a new one. I’m hoping to find a device with a similar design and features but with better quality and reliable water resistance.

Please suggest.

If you are looking for a recommendation for a competitor device, the Fitbit community forums are not the right place to ask this question.

The Fitbit alternative to the Charge 5 would be the Charge 6.
