Here we go again.
Today the App would not sync - a blank Today screen with no input from the watch. Tried Syncing several times. Finally did a Log Off my account. Uninstalled the App. Restarted my android phone. Reinstalled the App. And Now - Google signin will not accept my automatic and text fill in account information. I keep getting 'Something went wrong. Please try again.' Did that several times.
So then I got on the computer and went to my Google Account. Found the Fitbit 'Fitbit data and privacy' and the 'Google Fit privacy' and checked to see what was there. They were all blank!
So now I am trying to get reconnected. Google is supposed to have a two-step authorization and I am wondering if it is supposed to be sending my phone a 'code' which I am not receiving? I checked all my Google account information to insure that my emails and telephone number was correct. I have never had to do a verification on my phone before. But I can't figure out what the problem is.

Their banner says they are aware of massive issue of people not be able to log in. I would say they had a update failure, server failure or got hacked.

Same, I've tried it over data, and even tried on another phone. Still doesn't work. Hopefully they're fixing it because this is frustrating.

I have the same exact problem on my iphone. Tried to contact customer support, but no luck. Keep waiting. Since it seems to be a bigger issue, I will wait then. Thanks for sharing.

At first I lost all connections with my Fitbit app; I had to switch my account to google; all went well until my bluetooth pairing and linking to my Charge 5 keeps saying "Bluetooth pairing is taking longer than usual. Please be patient. We're on it! this has been happening for the last hour! Any ideas?

As noted, there was a Fitbit system wide issue yesterday (11 Oct 2023) which was eventually resolved hours later.
You should be able to log in and sync now.

I can log in but it is making me migrate to a Google account to activate the new Pixel Watch 2. When I select my Google account it just says something went wrong. I can't activate the watch
