Fitbit Charge 5 is not syncing

I'm unable to sync my charge 5. I have an Android phone. Please help!

@DanFitz Welcome to the forums. Please excuse the delayed response. I will gladly help you sync your Fitbit Charge 5. 

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Try turning off Bluetooth and then turning it back on. I recommend you take a look at the following article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - click here. Here you find tips for this scenario.

Hello @DanFitz 

There was a Fitbit system wide issue yesterday (11 Oct 2023) that impacted logging in and syncing. The issue was resolved several hours later. You should be able to sync now.
