App/Fitbit Heart Points Don’t Match or Change

The number of heart points earned on my Fitbit don’t always match what’s in the app. I also had 209 heart points yesterday and when I woke up it was down to 192. Does anyone know why this changes or why they are not consistent from Fitbit to phone?

Could you post a screenshot to show what you're seeing? Fitibit now uses active zone minutes. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1379.htm

I can't say that I ever paid that close attention. What I am wondering is when the phone last synced to the tracker? Depending on your settings (I had my app set to live update, which is essentially continuous), there could be some discrepancies until your phone syncs to the tracker. What happens if you force a sync between the two?

Sometimes they line up, sometimes they don’t.
