Have been gettinf the following message when i try to use my ECG app. I have reopened the application multiple times but does not fix. Any advice how to fix this?

Hi, @Debb.singh are you in a country where the ecg app is supported? Please see here for the list. You can also check on the web based program that your Fitbit is registered to the correct country (from the top right of this page click on “Dashboard” and then the gear icon to go to the settings menu.
If your country is listed and correctly registered, and you are getting that error message, and you haven’t already, please try the restart procedure . If that doesn’t fix it, please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com .
