Hello,
yesterday I bought a new Fitbit Charge 5 watch but the app notification list is empty.
note: I’ve done all instructions to solved the problem and read all forums and did their suggestions but the problem didn’t solve.

Thanks for sharing that you've been having this inconvenience with your Charge 5.
Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know what are the steps that you already tried and that were not successful.
Regarding the issue with the app notification list, let me know if you mean that when you set up notifications, you're not able to see the list of apps that you can choose to receive notifications from.
