Hi - the app on my phone just suddenly crashed and locked me out. Asking me to login again but when I tried it would not allow me to - kept getting errors. I removed the app and reinstalled it but still can’t login . Asked to reset password but won’t even let me do that . Any ideas??

Seems like a worldwide problem. Downdetector.com shows major issues. Cannot find a response from fitbit anywhere yet.

Hello @Kated2 & @wpo 

There is confirmation of issue with Fitbit app. If it's not resolved shortly, I expect there will be an announcement banner at the top of the community forum acknowledging the issue.
