App doesn't respond when opening Exercise app using a Charge 5

Every time I open the app and try to click on my workouts/exercise the app completely crashes.  I have called the support number and they basically said they can't do anything.  Any else have the app crash constantly?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the exercise app using your Charge 5.

I was able to confirm you contacted support as you mentioned, and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again.

They did NOT provide me with a resolution.  They said they could not do anything to resolve my issue and that someone would be emailing me to help resolve the issue.  All i got was an email that basically said we are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the issue.  It's still NOT resolved.  They have not responded to my reply.  The app still doesn't work and I cannot access the benefits of the premium membership I am PAYING for.  If this is not resolved I will be cancelling my membership and will NEVER purchase another fitbit devise.  The customer service is non-existent.  I shouldn't have to pay extra money on a monthly basis for features that don't work and that a customer service center can't resolve.  This has gone on since Fitbit updated app.  The new layout is awful and has been nothing but problematic since you all changed it.

I totally understand your situation, it is just that there's a case already created in support's end, so you need to contact them back so they can continue assisting you.
