Is the app having issues today? I tried logging in my activity this morning a bunch of times but it would freeze up. Just logged it in on my web dashboard. I think my watch is fine - just the app is off. I even tried to update it and nothing changed. Thanks.

Yes this works, but I have to do this quite often. At least once a week it freezes when I try and look at an exercise.
Surely Fitbit should fix this instead of the user having to restart/clear cache/log out/uninstall/ reinstall (!)

As this works intermittently, let me know if you continue to have the same issue in the following weeks. You can also try deleting and reinstalling the app if the issue persists.
