App has become totally inaccurate since November update. Each revision makes it more inaccurate.

Since November update the App has become extremely erratic. Steps doubling for no reason. When syncing, steps revert to first sync done after new App came out. Can correct by going back one day and then back. This is not normal.

@cl54 ,A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your message and for taking the time to contact Support.

Please make sure that you don't have MobileTrack activated. This feature uses the sensors on your mobile device to count steps. This is thought to be used should you have left your Fitbit at home ( eg. while charging).

In the Fitbit app, tap on your devices icon (upper left corner).
You'll see the devices paired to your account.
If you see the option for mobile device active, tap on it and remove it.

Thanks but that’s only part of the problem. Why does it continue to update to the initial sync steps. Did Fitbit beta test the app before releasing it. Obviously not. New versions are suppose to be better not worse. I guess you want your customers to look for better device. I will.
