Ive noticed several issues with the app. First the "send test call" feature has never worked for me to test that my notifications/vibrations setting are working. I talked with C.S. today and she said it doesnt matter that it is not working. Ok, how does that not matter when its a feature that I cant use to troubleshoot my problem??? Then she was helping with that very issue and we talked about getting a test text to my phone. I wait and wait and wait and she was like, you didn't get anything? I said no, and she said ask the person to send it again. I was like wait, you want to me get contact someone to send me a text to my phone, you cant just do it, and she said no. WHAT KIND OF TROUBLESHOOTING IS THAT!? They confirm your phone number before they start working with you but cant send you a text. I did years in tech, and Ive never heard that as an excuse. I quickly was over talking to this C.S. person.
On top of that when I tried to contact C.S. via the app chat, it always fails. When I called C.S. via the app, the speaker icon DOES NOT WORK! All this junk on top of the new Charger 5 not having the weather app, shows me fitbit is going downhill fast.
